Embroidery

Embroidery is a premium decoration method that uses high-quality thread stitched directly into fabric to create a textured, dimensional design. Unlike printed graphics, embroidery adds depth and a professional finish that stands out with a polished, long-lasting look.

Using precision stitching technology, your logo or artwork is digitized and sewn into garments like hats, polos, jackets, and bags. The result is a durable design that won’t fade, crack, or peel—maintaining its sharp appearance through everyday wear.

Embroidery is ideal for businesses, teams, and brands looking for a refined, upscale feel that reflects quality and attention to detail.

The nuts and bolts to embroidery

  • What can you embroider?

We can embroider a large variety of garments from t-shirts and sweatshirts, to polos and jackets, to beanies and baseball caps. Embroidery works best on structured garments that hold the stitch shape.

  • What colors can you embroider?

We have a wide selection of thread colors to choose from. We can also source additional colors for a small fee if we don’t have a color that meets your needs.

  • Can you embroider on garments I already have?

Usually! We can often embroider customer-supplied garments. However, we must evaluate the garment before agreeing to embroider it. We cannot embroider over pockets or zippers. Certain fabrics and thicker multiple-layer garments can also be tricky. Please note that we cannot be responsible for the replacement of a customer-supplied garment should any mistakes occur during the embroidery process.

  • How much does embroidery cost?

Variables that factor into the cost of embroidery include garment selection, design size, and complexity. Before a design can be stitched, it must be digitized. This is a process that involves converting artwork (logos, images, drawings) into a digital file that tells our embroidery machine how to sew, determining stitch types, density, direction, and color changes. We charge a one-time fee to digitize a design. After digitizing, the embroidery price is determined by the stitch count in the designs and how long it takes to embroider.

  • Do you have minimums?

We do not have embroidery minimums. However, the one-time digitizing fee does apply whether you’re embroidery one piece or 100.

  • Do you save digitized designs?

Yes! We save all digitized files. However, please note that if you change the size or design, we will need to re-digitize the design for a second fee.

  • Do you embroider patches?

We source embroidered, woven, leather, and PVC patches from a trusted partner. We’ll work with you to pick the best patch type for your job. Patches take three to five weeks to arrive once a job is approved.

  • What are your turn-around times?

After your quote and art are approved, we aim for two weeks. During busy times, lead times may be longer.
