Screen Printing

Screen printing is a time-tested printing technique that uses a mesh screen, ink, and a stencil to transfer designs onto fabric and other materials. Each color in a design is applied one layer at a time, resulting in bold, vibrant prints with exceptional durability.

This method is especially popular for custom apparel like t-shirts, hoodies, and tote bags because it produces rich colors, crisp details, and long-lasting results that hold up wash after wash. Screen printing is ideal for bulk orders and designs with solid colors, making it a cost-effective choice for businesses, events, teams, and brands looking to make a strong visual impact.

At its core, screen printing combines craftsmanship with precision—delivering high-quality, professional prints that stand out and last.

Direct to Film

Direct-to-Film (DTF) is a modern printing method that transfers full-color designs onto fabric using a specialized film and adhesive powder. Your design is printed directly onto a clear film, coated with adhesive, and then heat-pressed onto the garment—creating a soft, vibrant, and durable finish.

DTF printing is perfect for detailed artwork, gradients, and unlimited color designs, with no need to separate each color like traditional methods. It works beautifully on a wide range of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, blends, and even darker garments.

The result is a high-quality, flexible print that holds up wash after wash—making Direct-to-Film a versatile and reliable option for custom apparel, small batches, and intricate designs.

The nuts and bolts to screen printing

  • Do you have minimums?

Yes. Our minimum for screen printing a one-color design is 12 garments. For each additional color, our minimum increases by a dozen (24 garments for two colors, 36 garments for three colors, etc.)

  • Are there options for smaller runs?

Yes! For smaller garment runs, we offer Direct to Film printing. See more details below.

  • How many colors can you print?

We can print up to seven colors.

  • Do you offer design help?

Yes! Send us ideas, logos, and files, and we can help you design something or tweak your design to optimize it for screen printing.

  • What file types do you need?

Ultimately, we need vector files to make your design ready for screen printing. So, if you have vector files, that’s ideal. If you don’t have vector files, a high-resolution PDF is the next best option. However, send us what you have, and we can vector most designs for a small fee.

  • What size can you print?

    • Full Front/Back (standard): 10"–12" wide by 10"–14" tall (max 14" x 16").
    • Left Chest: 2.5"–5" wide (typically 3.5"–4" is best).
    • Center Chest/Youth: 6"–10" wide, 6"–8" tall.
    • Oversized/Jumbo: 16" wide by 20"–24" tall (requires larger screens and can only be one color).
    • Sleeve Print: 3"–4" wide, up to 15" long.
  • How much do you charge?

There are many variables that factor into the price of a print, including garment choice, ink selection, number of colors, design time, and number of pieces. Contact us for a custom quote for your project!

  • What are your turnaround times?

After your quote and art are approved, we aim for two weeks. During busy times, lead times may be longer, but we’ll communicate that in the quote.

  • Do you offer shipping?

Yes! Let us know your order needs shipping, and we can ship it to you anywhere.

The nuts and bolts for direct to film

  • Why would I choose a DTF print over screen printing?

If you have a small run that doesn’t meet our minimum quantities, DTF is a great option. If your design is complicated, includes gradients, or more than seven colors, DTF will allow you to achieve the look you’re going for.

  • Can you apply DTF prints to garments I already have?

Usually! We want to evaluate the garment before agreeing to any job. Please note that we cannot be responsible for the replacement of a customer-supplied garment should any mistakes occur during the heat press process.

  • How much does a DTF print cost?

Garment choice and the size of the design factor into the price of a DTF print. Contact us for a quote for your project!
